Am still waiting to hear back from someone. Had a lovely meal last night but it was booked for 7.30pm which is when we normally like to eat. However, it arrived at 6.25pm without any explanation as to why it was so early. It’s a good job we were actually at home to receive it at that time!

We are a bit confused - we ordered our food to be delivered at 7.30pm but it arrived at 6.25pm. Fortunately we were in to receive the food but we were simply not hungry enough to eat it all. Can someone please get back to us to explain what went wrong. Fiona.reading17@gmail.com

Booked table in advance, waited 40min for some one to come take our food order this was at 8:55 the restaurant closes at 10.. we said we no longer wanted food .. the lady was arrogant and very rude, saying they had a party on which obviously was not our problem , waving her arms in people’s faces end of the. Day we pay there wage customer is always s right .. poor manners , will never go here again..!!!

Sat in restaurant for over 2 hours no food asked waiter numerous amount of times and they didn’t have a clue spoke to manager and she said food would be another 30 mins then a soon as we said we was leaving the food was ready ?? Total joke ruined Valentine’s Day for me and my partner will never eat there ever again
